Training sessions are held on a regular basis at:

Blandford Gym Club, Blandford Heights industrial estate.

Everyone Active Leisure Centre, Poole (Dolphin swimming pool)

Training is continuous, except during school holidays and Christmas. Please check events page for details of closing times.
